About Nannette

Nannette LaDuca-Boose started her Real Estate and lending career in 1980 in the Bay Area. She started at a young age in Real Estate sales. A few years later an opportunity arose in the mortgage lending side of the business, she decided to branch out and learn the mortgage lending business.

She has held positions as a Loan Processor, Loan Consultant, and Loan Underwriter and has worked for large nationwide lenders such as, General Electric Mortgage Insurance, Great Western Bank (now Washington Mutual), and United Guaranty Mortgage Insurance company.

With so many new people entering the mortgage business, the average mortgage customer could end up with a lot of problems and unpleasant surprises when dealing with a “Newbie” in the business. For instance, a newcomer to the business may not know how to calculate income from tax returns if you are self-employed.

“I look at every loan as if I am the Underwriter and anticipate ahead of time how to structure the loan for the most time efficient approval and at the best rate available for the individual borrower's situation.” “I request most of the necessary documentation from you Up-Front at our first appointment or telephone meeting.” This saves a lot of time later on and helps to make the transaction go smoother.

Nannette specializes in loans all over  California, and is available for in person appointments in the greater Sacramento Metro area.  She lives in Rocklin with her husband and daughter and looks forward to helping you with your next Real Estate loan transaction.
